What the Humboldt Bay Construction Co. website collects through its estimate form, what happens to it, and how to reach Kyler about it.
Humboldt Bay Construction Co.
What the site collects
The site collects only what you type into the estimate form: your name, a phone number or email, a few words about the job, and, if you choose, your town and the kind of work.
Reading the site collects nothing about you beyond the routine technical record a web host keeps, described below.
What happens to it
When you send the form, your answers are emailed to Kyler Gouthier, the owner, so he can answer your request.
The site itself does not save them.
They are used only to answer your request, and they are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
Vercel hosts the website, and Resend delivers the form's email.
Vercel keeps routine technical logs of visits, such as IP addresses and browser types, as web hosts do.
Resend may keep a copy of the emails it delivers.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
It does not follow you across other websites, and no other company tracks you through it.
Because nothing tracks you, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Seeing, changing or deleting what you sent
To ask about what you sent, or to have it corrected or deleted, call or text Kyler at (707) 273-7594.
